The Experiment
Three teams have to rolling a bowling ball crossing a zone, using a besom.
The bowling ball should not touch the stake.
The team use the shorts time win.

Term
Inertia: A tendency to do nothing or to remain unchanged
Force: Strength or energy as an attribute of physical action or movement.
Mass: Mass is both a property of a physical body and a measure of its resistance to acceleration (a change in its state of motion) when a net force is applied

Analysis
Because of the large mass of bowling, it is hard for us to control the bowling ball, example acceleration or stopping it. The shortest the time we want, the faster it should be, but also the path should be the shortest. But as the considerable mass of the bowling ball, it's hard to control it after the speed was up. That can be explained by inertia, as the larger the mass is, the large the inertia is.
